SHIPPING + HANDLING

Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

All orders are shipped via UPS. We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for their purchase, exchanges and/or returns.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days upon receiving the item, for a refund, minus the shipping costs. The items must be in the condition you received them and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags & packing slips where applicable. Items should be returned to the address stated on the original box.

Please email [email protected] with your intention to return and the tracking number of the return shipment. We can not guarantee items returned without a tracking number will be refunded in a timely manner.

A refund of the item will be issued 3-5 business days upon delivery to our warehouse.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange an item for another style or size, do your thang. However, please reference your order number and send us an email at [email protected]. This request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
