ALIVE : LDN is a first-of-its-kind one day social wellness festival — an invitation to a new, yet ancient way. It’s a reconnection to the pulse of joy through our most potent longevity technologies: dance, music, movement, and social connection — all under the sun.
It’s a one-day portal into raw energy, fierce kindness, and a community built through sweat, breath, and eye contact.This isn’t wellness as escape. It’s a return — each movement a ripple, each hug a small act of rebellion against the rush, the division, the numbness.
We’re choosing aliveness over algorithms.
This festival kicks off with a yoga / run / dance triathlon: 45 minutes of yoga to wake up the body, 30 minutes of running to get the heart pounding, and a DJ set that’ll leave you breathless in the best way.
The afternoon is curated with speakers, amazing food from Hackney Bridge vendors, DJ sets, live performances and more, all in the summer sun, 10AM to sunset. In partnership with BRITA, we are able to offer an experience like never before.
