🎟️ First come, first serve unless you have guaranteed access. Please arrive at the time of entry stated on your ticket. Re-entry is permitted with a wristband depending on venues capacity.

💧 Bring a reusable water bottle – free refill stations on site. No single-use plastic bottles, please!

👟 Running shoes if you’re joining Run Club during The Dose.

🧘 Yoga mat if you’re coming for morning / evening movement – we’ll have a limited number on site too. First come, first serve.

🚿 Showers will be on-site so you can refresh after a sauna, cold plunge, or movement session.

🔒 Lockers will be available for purchase on-site. First come, first serve.
🧥 Dress in layers. Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. Sunrise at 6am will be crisp, midday brings full sun, and we’ll dance straight through to sunset – pack for all three. Dress code: express yourself.

🧺 A blanket or low beach chair for lawn seating at Pier 3.

🥪 The Tasty World food village will be onsite all day. Outside snacks are welcome too.

🎧 This is a family-friendly, all-ages event – kids are part of The InterGen experience. Bring earplugs or headphones for little ones near the music.

🚫 This is a sober event – no alcohol or visibly intoxicated guests will be permitted on site.
